Steps for Prospective Student Athletes
1. Register with the NCAA Eligibility Center
Prospective student-athletes who plan to participate in intercollegiate athletics at an NCAA Division I or II university need to APPLY ONLINE by the the end of their junior year. Click HERE to get started then click on "Enter Here" under Student Athletes. At the top right, click NEW ACCOUNT. Type in your email address twice. You will receive an email from NCAA with a verification code and a link to click to complete the registration process. Click the link and type in your email and the verification code. Fill in all information carefully and completely. Be sure to with down the password that you create so you can check your NCAA status in the future.
2. Submit Payment
To complete the registration process, you are required to submit payment via credit card or e-check. If you have free/reduced lunch, please visit Room 101 (college resource room) for a fee waiver.
3. Check your Eligibility
Eligibility is dictated by your grades in core classes and your ACT/SAT scores. The Clearinghouse Calculator is an innovative tool that allows you to easily track your progress towards meeting these requirements. To activate your Clearinghouse Calculator membership, follow these simple steps:
4. Send your Test Scores
The NCAA will no longer accept ACT/SAT scores from high schools. Student test scores must be submitted directly from the ACT/SAT. When you register for the test(s), there is a section to enter codes for colleges to receive the scores. Student-athletes will need to enter code 9999 to have their scores reported to the NCAA. If you have previously taken the SAT/ACT and did not send your scores to NCAA, you should go the www.act.org or www.collegeboard.com to send scores using the 9999 code.
5. Request to send your Transcript
Please contact our registrar, Mrs. Cachon, to request your transcript be sent to NCAA.

- Enter School ID 101700 and School Code: 706060707. Click “Continue.”
- Fill in the appropriate fields in the Create New Student Account form. **Remember to write down the new Member Name and Password you created.
- Click “Submit.” Congratulations! You have successfully created your Clearinghouse Calculator member account and you can begin using your Clearinghouse Calculator!
- To obtain a list of your grades, request a Transcipt SUMMARY in the guidance office.
